Meals on Wheels offers hot home-delivered meals, frozen home-delivered meals, and winter weather emergency meals.
Each day, volunteers deliver approximately 250 meals to homebound senior citizens of Alamance County and surrounding areas. For many of these people, it will be the only meal they have during the day.

The Greesons serve with Freedom International Ministries and Freedom Christian School, where they have the opportunity to teach children ages 3â18 in a bilingual Christian school environment. Their mission is to help students Love God, Love People, and Live Out Their God-Given Design.

We serve in several areas throughout Honduras. Siguatepeque is where our ministry began, and it remains a central hub of our work as we continue to support ClĂnica Betania, a local medical clinic providing essential care to the community.
In addition, we partner with pastors serving in churches across El Socorro, Comayagua, and La Paz. Through these relationships, we are helping strengthen local churches and disciple believers.
Our team also travels to some of the most remote and indigenous regions of Honduras, sharing the love of Jesus through medical and humanitarian aid trips. These efforts allow us to meet both physical and spiritual needs in areas that are often overlooked.

Feed the Hunger is a global, Gospel-centered ministry that provides humanitarian aid while sharing the message of Jesus. They distribute Bibles, support schools, and send food packetsâeach feeding a family of sixâto countries around the world.
We host an annual Feed the Hunger Packathon that relies on many volunteers. You can also serve year-round at their warehouse in Greensboro (1200 E. Lindsay St.).
Garciaâs Australia is part of Word of Life, a ministry focused on reaching and discipling elementary through high school students with the gospel. Gene Wray has been part of TLC for many years. After coming to Christ, he and his wife Hong moved to Vietnam, where they serve by teaching English and sharing the gospel in local schools.
They also minister to those in need by helping build homes and serving in mental hospitals, bringing the hope of Jesus to many. Gene and Hong faithfully love and serve the Lordâplease continue to pray for their family and ministry.
